Our Management Structure

The Callow Lake Group Water Scheme’s management structure consists of several board members from each of the original three schemes. Presently there are 15 executive board members on the Board of Management. This is a voluntary committee and they freely give their time to attend approximately 12 monthly meetings each year. The Board of Management have been very progressive and proactive and have made many considered and important decisions on policy and future development. They take great pride in their scheme and want the scheme to be one of the best by ensuring that all the members benefit from a continuous supply of quality assured water and good customer service.

The scheme has two full time employees and one part time employee. The scheme manager is Gerry Tighe who is responsible for general management and the day to day running of the scheme. The scheme caretaker, Eamon Molloy is responsible for the maintenance and Eileen Goldrick looks after the administration in our head office on a part time basis.
